Before you activate. Prices are in Colombian pesos, tax included, per unit, within Cartagena — including Zona Norte. The plan is paid ahead at the start of the year and includes free diagnostics with the plan for 12 months (Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM); after-hours visits carry a 30% surcharge. We accept Nequi, PSE, and bank transfer. Each plan visit includes a 30-day labor warranty. The plan renews automatically each year: if you don’t want to continue, message us 15 days before the renewal date.
Hotels, condos & larger properties
Running a lot of mini-splits on one property? The per-unit rate drops. Same maintenance visit — you pay less per unit when we service the batch together.

What’s included in each visit
Every visit includes
- Filter cleaning
- Basic wash inside and out, as access allows
- Refrigerant check and leak detection (no recharge)
- Visible electrical check and cooling test
- WhatsApp report with before-and-after photos
- Priority scheduling over walk-in customers
- About 1–2 hours per unit
What’s not included
Refrigerant, parts, repair labor, leak repair, installation, deep chemical wash, high-access work, and trips outside Cartagena (beyond Zona Norte and nearby neighborhoods). We quote those on WhatsApp.
With the plan you get priority: we typically see you in under 24 hours. Plan includes free weekday diagnostics (Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM). Nights, weekends, or holidays carry a 30% surcharge. The plan is not free 24/7 service.
